1st Place!

Our Competitive Cheer Squad finished 1st in the Chief Cheer Classic!

Back to Back State Playoffs!

Our Softball team beat Morrow 8-3 to clinch a spot in the state playoffs for the 2nd year in a row!  The Lady Lions have also guaranteed themselves a spot in the semi-finals of the region tournament where we will take on Lovejoy.

Homecoming Kings!

The Lions are now 4-0 after beating Mundy’s Mill 41 – 25 on Homecoming!  Sr. Jacoby Haynes threw for 195 in the air and ran for 155 on the ground to lead the lions.  Sr. Dequandre Moore had a big receiving day with 3 catches for 90 yards, and 2 touchdowns.  The defense did its

Big Plays!

Big time players, make big time plays, in big time games.  King starts off the season 3-0 after a 14-13 win over Mt. Zion.  This game came down to an 83 yard TD run by Sr. Jacobi Haynes, and a Punt return to the house by Sr. Dequandre Moore!

Senior Night Win

On Senior Night the Lady Lions beat Forest Park 9-8.  Great way for our seniors to finish the last home game of their career! Go Lions!

King 3 Lithonia 1

The Lady Lions got revenge after losing to Lithonia last season.  The pitching from Jr. Taniyah Fletcher and catching from So. Cierra Simmons lead us to victory.

Two More Wins

Congrats too the volleyball team on beating Towers and Columbia on September 5th. It was a total team effort.  The standouts were: Victoria Euler with 10 aces, Lauren Euler and Sylisha Clarke who each had 11 kills, Jaelin Scott with 11 assist, and Akumano Okafor with 6 blocks.

The Lions start the year 1-0 after a victory over Villa Rica.  The Lions won this game in the trenches.    The defensive line got penetration, and stuffed the run all night.  Defensive Linemen Marquel Parks and Devon Carmichael were unblockable.  The Lions defense didn’t give up a single point in the second half.
